# Invite/Add/Import/Move/Export affiliates
## Invite affiliates
Share a program-specific sign-up link so potential affiliates can register directly into the correct program. You can also embed this link on your website to attract more affiliates and make it easier for them to join your program.
How to invite an affiliate:
Go to **Programs >** Click **Copy** to copy sign-up link
Share the link with partners, influencers, or prospects, then they complete the registration and join the selected program.
## Add affiliates manually
If you already have an established partner or influencer and want to onboard them directly without requiring them to fill out a form. Simply add them to the program to save time.
How to add affiliates manually:
Go to **Affiliates** > **Add affiliate**
Start by selecting the program you want them to join. Then enter their name, email, and password. If you want them to receive a notification right away, you can optionally enable **Send invitation email**. Once everything looks good, click **Add affiliate** to complete the process.
## Import affiliates
When you have a stable list of affiliates, reliable affiliate sources, or need to migrate data from another app, you can quickly bring them into BixGrow using the import feature. Bulk-upload multiple affiliates at once using a CSV file.

How to import affiliate:\
Go to **Affiliates** > **Import**
To import affiliates, upload your CSV file - each file can contain up to 250 affiliates, so larger lists should be split into multiple files.
After uploading, review and correct any validation errors that appear. Once everything is accurate, click **Import affiliates** to complete the upload.
## Export affiliates
The **Export** feature allows you to download your affiliate list as a CSV file for reporting, analysis, or external record-keeping.
### All affiliates export
How to export all affiliates:
Go to **Affiliates** and click the **Export** button.
Click **All affiliates** to export the data for your entire list of current affiliates.
The system will then generate a CSV file containing your current list of affiliates.
The exported CSV typically contains basic information, professional and social details, program and referral details, account and activity, MLM/ network information, and payment information.
### **Filter export**
If you need to import only a specific portion of your affiliate data, you can filter it by date range, program, or W-9 form submission status before importing. This ensures you bring in just the relevant information instead of the entire list.
Click the **Filter** icon to open the filtering options.
Use the available dropdowns to narrow your list by criteria such as: date, program, W-9 form submitted. You can combine filters to create a highly specific segment. The table updates instantly to show only the affiliates who match your chosen filters.
Click **Export** button. In the export popup, select **Filtered affiliates.** Click **Export** to download only the affiliates currently shown in the filtered list.
