Suppose you give a referral order a refund by selecting item(s) in the order. In that case, BixGrow will reverse the previous commission calculations and deduct commissions based on the product(s) refunded. If only some selected items in the order were refunded and not all, the affiliate will still receive a partial commission. If all items in the order were refunded, the affiliate will not receive any commission for that order at all.

As paid commissions can't be deducted even if the original order was refunded, it's recommended to pay your affiliates not immediately but only after the return time limit specified in your store's Return Policy (for example, after 15 days from the order was placed). Also, please select items from the order you need to refund instead of paying a custom amount of refund.
