BixGrow notifications help merchants and affiliates stay up to date with important actions and events.

Merchant notifications

Your contact info

You can edit your Contact Name and Email Address in Settings > Notification > Notification for you. This contact info will be displayed on the Affiliate Dashboard for your affiliates to see and reach out, so it's recommended that you insert your affiliate specialist's contact here.

Your notifications

By default, these notification emails are enabled to help you keep up with your new affiliate signups and referral orders without having to always stay in the app.

Since these emails are for quick notifying purposes, they contain only basic information and can NOT be customized.

Affiliate notifications

Sender email

Affiliate notification emails use [email protected] as the sender email. However, you can update this to your brand’s email address to send notifications from yours instead.

Email template customization

You can customize the email template to ensure all affiliate notification emails share a consistent design that matches your brand, including logo, colors, and layout.

Editing individual notification content

Each notification type can be opened and edited individually, allowing you to adjust the email content to better match your communication style and specific use cases.
