## How to payout
BixGrow supports three ways to pay affiliates:

### Choose your payment methods
To set up how you will pay your affiliates, go to **Settings > Payments**
If none of these options meet your needs, you can also create a custom payment method to suit your preferred way of paying affiliates.

### Collect your affiliates' payment info
Now it's your affiliates' turn to select which method they want to get their commissions paid with from the options available as set up above. When they log into the Affiliate Dashboard, this notification requiring them to add payment information will show up. They must first click the **Add now** button.
They will be redirected to this **Payment method** tab, where they can select a method they prefer from the list of available methods you offer.
Once saved, their information will be displayed in your **Payouts** page

If the affiliate hasn't added their payment info yet, you’ll see the “Missing” status in that Payment Method column. You can remind the affiliate to update their payment details by going to **Affiliate profile > Find the Payment method section > Remind**

### Generate payout
You can go to **Payouts** > **Approved balance** to generate payouts.
This step helps you group all the payable amounts you want to pay at once — including commissions from referral orders and bonuses — into one payout record.
By default, each row shows the total approved amount available for each affiliate. You can simply click **Generate payout** to create a payout for the full amount, or you can use filters if you want to pay for a specific period or campaign.

Generating a payout DOES NOT transfer money. It only creates a payout record that helps you organize what needs to be paid.

After generating, a payout record is created in **Unpaid** status, and you can review it in the **Payouts > Unpaid** tab.
In the Payouts page, you can filter the data by time period, program, affiliate, minimum balance, or payment method. Using these filters helps you quickly narrow down and view only the payout records that match your criteria.
> This feature is especially useful when processing payouts on a fixed schedule — for example, monthly payouts. Simply apply filters for the month you want to pay out, then use **Bulk generate** to create all the payout records in one action, making the process faster and more consistent.
Additionally, if you want to generate payouts for specific referral orders, you can go to **Conversions > Referral orders** > select the orders you want, and click **Generate payout**.

This step brings everything you plan to pay an affiliate—commissions and bonuses—into a single, well-organized payout record. It helps reduce mistakes by letting you review the total and the included items beforehand. Every payout record is also saved in the **Payouts** tab, giving you a clear history of what has been prepared.

### FAQs
Why can't my affiliates choose any payment methods?
You haven't offered affiliates any payment methods to choose from yet.
How can I add different payment methods for each program?
By default, the payment methods you selected are common for all programs. However, you can reach out to our Support team to have the different payment method settings for each program option enabled!
