This guide shows you how to pay affiliates once their commissions are approved. You’ll learn how to set up your payout methods, generate payouts, and complete payments

How to payout

BixGrow supports three ways to pay affiliates:

• External payout (outside BixGrow)

• In-app PayPal payout

• In-app Store Credit payout

Preparation

1. Choose your payout methods

Enable the payment methods you want to use in Settings > Payments

Our app provides several available payment methods for you to choose from, including PayPal, Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Cash, Payoneer, Google Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Cheque, and Store Credit.

If none of these options meet your needs, you can also create a custom payment method to suit your preferred way of paying affiliates.

1. Collect affiliate payment information

Now it's your affiliates' turn to select which method they want to get their commissions paid with from the options available as set up above. When they log into the Affiliate Dashboard, this notification requiring them to add payment information will show up. They must first click the Add now button.

They will be redirected to this Payment method tab, where they can select a method they prefer from the list of available methods you offer.

Once saved, their information will be displayed in your Payouts page

If the affiliate hasn't added their payment info yet, you’ll see the “Missing” status in that Payment Method column. You can remind the affiliate to update their payment details, like this:

Generate payout

You can go to Payouts > Approved balance to generate payouts.

Generating a payout does not send money yet; it simply creates the payout invoice.

In the Payouts page, you can filter the data by time period, program, affiliate, minimum balance, or payment method. Using these filters helps you quickly narrow down and view only the payout records that match your criteria.

After generating payouts, you can complete the payment using one of three methods:

External payout (for example, Bank Transfer, Debit Card, etc)

In-app PayPal payout

In-app Store Credit payout

Summary

Here’s the full payout flow:

1. Set up payout methods in Settings > Payments.

2. Make sure affiliates have entered their payment information.

3. Generate payouts from Payouts > Approved balance.

4. Complete payouts using External payment, PayPal, or Store Credit.

Q1. Why can't my affiliates choose any payment methods?

You haven't offered affiliates any payment methods to choose from yet.

Q2. How can I add different payment methods for each program?

By default, the payment methods you selected are common for all programs. However, you can reach out to our Support team to have the different payment method settings for each program option enabled!
