Allows merchants to manage Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy - that apply to affiliates when they join and use the affiliate program.

How it works

BixGrow provides default templates for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Once saved, these policies are automatically published and linked in the footer of the affiliate sign-up page. Affiliates must review and accept these policies when registering for the affiliate program.

How to edit and customize

Navigate to Settings > Privacy.

Edit the content of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy using the built-in text editor. Then customize the text, formatting, and structure to align with your business requirements and legal obligations.

You may also restore the original templates at any time by selecting Restore the default template.

How affiliates know about policies and their updates

First, once you activate your policies, affiliates can view them on the sign-up page's sign-up form before deciding to submit their affiliate registrations.

Once their registrations are approved, affiliates will have access to their Affiliate Dashboard which allows them to review the policies from time to time.
