How it works

• BixGrow supports displaying the affiliate portal in multiple languages.

• One language is set as the default language, which is used when no other language preference is detected.

• Language settings apply across key affiliate portal pages.

How to add and manage languages

To configure languages for your affiliate portal:

Go to Settings > Affiliate portal > Languages.

Click Add language to include additional supported languages.

Select Change default to assign a different language as the default. You can also enable Auto detect language from the browser to automatically match affiliates’ browser settings.

How affiliates experience it

Affiliates see the portal in their browser’s preferred language when available; otherwise, the system automatically falls back to the merchant’s default language.

In this example, this is how the language select menu is displayed on the Affiliate Dashboard after English was set up as the default language while Chinese added as optional languages.
