Track affiliate performance with Bixgrow

You’ll learn how merchants can view overall program performance and how affiliates see sales data used for commission calculations, ensuring clear and consistent reporting for both sides.

Report for merchants

The Reports menu provides a centralized overview of your affiliate program’s performance for a selected date range.

At the top of the report, the Performance summary displays key metrics including total sales, total orders, total clicks, total affiliates, and total commission. These metrics give you an instant snapshot of how your affiliate program is performing.

It also includes detailed insight cards such as top affiliates by sales, top affiliates by clicks, top products by total sales, and top referral sites. These sections help you quickly identify high-performing affiliates, popular products, and the most effective traffic sources.

Report for affiliates (optional but important)

This is where you can choose which sale data should be used and displayed to your affiliates regarding commission calculation - your Total Sales on Shopify or Commissionable Sales in BixGrow.

The Commissionable Sales value is usually less than Shopify's Total Sales since it's often set up as Total Sales minus the fees.
