Merchant onboarding guides you through setting up BixGrow so you can launch your affiliate program, track referrals, and pay affiliates smoothly.

Step 1: Set up your affiliate program

Open BixGrow and go to Programs

Create a new program

Set your commission rules

Select your tracking settings, such as cookie days or whether to use link.

Click Save to save changes in your program

Step 2: Customize affiliate sign-up

Go to Settings > Affiliate portal

Sign-up page > Customize

You can edit your signup form fields, add your logo with brand colors and welcome text, and update your Terms & Conditions if needed.

Click Save to save changes in your sign-up page.

Step 3: Add your payout methods

Go to Settings > Payment

Enable payout options like PayPal, Store Credit

Or add other manual payout methods

Step 4: Invite affiliates to join

Merchants share the link in newsletters, on social media, or on their website to attract affiliates to their programs.

You can go to Programs to copy the program sign-up link and share the link on social media or embed it on the website.

Or merchants can add the affiliates manually by going to Affiliates > Add affiliate

Fill in the information

Click > Add affiliate to send the invitation email to the affiliate.
