• Affiliate Program: Upon installation, BixGrow will guide you through an onboarding process. This includes creating affiliate programs, setting up commission rates, and customizing your affiliate portal. This program is recommended if you want to work with influencers or affiliates to drive significant traffic to your store.

• Referral Program: To access the Referral Program, go to the "Extra Functions" tab within BixGrow. Here, you can set up a system where your existing customers are encouraged to refer new customers in exchange for rewards. This program is much simpler to set up compared to the Affiliate program. This program is ideal if you want to focus on building customer loyalty and expanding your store’s reach organically.
