By default, only one sign-up page for the default program is active. Enabling this feature allows you to have different sign-up pages for different affiliate programs at the same time!

To enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Advanced and turn on the Multi sign-up page toggle.
Once enabled, the sign-up page links for each program can be found in the Programs tab.
