Automated Shopify tags for referral orders/customers
This feature allows you to automatically assign Shopify tags to orders and customers generated through affiliate referrals, making it easy to distinguish referral activity from non-referral activity in your Shopify admin.
You will find it in Settings > General

You can choose to apply tags to:
Orders created through affiliate referrals
Customers referred by affiliates
Tags can be entered as a comma-separated list, and each tag can include dynamic variables such as: {full_name}, {email}, {phone}, {company}, {commission}, {username}
Prevent affiliate commissions for self-purchases
This function helps safeguard your affiliate program from fraudulent or suspicious activities, such as self-referrals and invalid traffic sources. You can choose to allow or prevent commissions when certain conditions are detected.
You have to move to Settings > General

We offer four types of Fraud protection:
Same Affiliate and Customer email address Prevent commissions if the affiliate and customer share the same email address, which commonly indicates self-referrals.
Same Affiliate and Customer IP address Block commissions when the affiliate and customer place an order from the same IP address.
Same Affiliate and Customer first and last name Detect and prevent commissions when the affiliate and customer have matching names.
Referral sales via Google Ads Prevent commissions for orders generated through Google Ads traffic if you do not allow affiliates to run paid ads.
When a conversion is automatically denied by Fraud Protection, it will appear in the Conversions list with a Denied status. You can hover over to see the specific reason the order was blocked
