Assign customer to an affiliate
Affiliates > Assigned to customers
This feature allows you to connect lifetime sales of a customer to an affiliate, ensuring that this affiliate will always receive the commission on all future orders placed by the assigned customers regardless of whether the customer uses an affiliate link/coupon or not.
To assign a customer to an affiliate for limetime commission, go to Affiliates tab > Assigned to customers. Next, click on the button Assign customer to an affiliate.
Now, you can select to search for an existing customer or create a new one. After selecting the customer and the affiliate, click Assign.
So now even if this customer does not use a coupon or affiliate link, their order will also be tracked as a conversion for this affiliate.
Note: Each customer can only be assigned to one affiliate
