Log in to an Affiliate Dashboard

Affiliate Dashboard

As a merchant, you can log in as your affiliates to view their dashboards and check if all settings and displays are alright. To do so, you must first click this Log in as affiliate button.

1. Dashboard

In Affiliate Dashboard, you can view the affiliate's performance including clicks, orders, total sales, and commissions in detailed status. Affiliate links (default and custom), coupons, and bonuses that the affiliate is eligible to earn are also displayed.

This is where affiliates can customize their own default links by adding tracking parameters (UTMs) or renaming them. To create a custom affiliate link, you must first click this Create now button.

Then enable Add tracking parameters box if you need it for further tracking purposes (for example, Google Analytics). 3 tracking IDs can be added max to find out which channels are more effective for the affiliate to promote. You can also click Shorten link to tell the sources.

Now click Create and your affiliate will have a new affiliate link that has tracking parameters added. These IDs are then viewable in Clicks for you to see the original channels that the clicks came from after you enabled tracking IDs' columns.

Normally, a default affiliate link directs to your store, so this feature is extremely useful when you want to get an affiliate link for a specific product/collection page without having to leave the app.

To create a product link as an affiliate, you must first click the Get link button on the desired product/collection card.

You can also get a shortened link for better promotion!

c. Coupons

This is where affiliates can view (and edit if allowed) their coupon codes.

d. Media

Here all the marketing assets that you uploaded to help affiliates promote in the Creatives tab of your own dashboard can be viewed and used.

5. Payouts

If your affiliate selected Store Credit as a payment method, then in the Store Credit tab, they can see their generated coupons and generate new ones by themselves if allowed here.

6. Network

In Network, the affiliate's network link (to invite more affiliates/downlines into the program) and total network commission can be viewed, along with their network commission history and affiliate tree.

7. Reports

This is where the affiliate can view detailed reports of their performances including total clicks, orders, sales they brought back, and their total earned commissions. You can filter the results by time range and parameters.
