External Payout

Payouts > Approved balance

External payout is for merchants who prefer to pay affiliates outside BixGrow, for example, via Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Payoneer, or any other manual payment method. This option gives you full flexibility to handle payments using your own financial tools.

Execution

• First, simply transfer the commission amount to your affiliates using their payment details via your third-party payment app (outside Bixgrow).

• After the money has been sent, go to Payouts > Unpaid in our app and click Mark as Paid. This confirms that the payment was completed outside the system and updates the payout status in BixGrow.

BixGrow only supports collecting the required affiliates' information so that you can make payments outside the app. You CAN'T make in-app payments except with PayPal integration and Store Credit.

Review payouts

All paid commissions will be shown in the History tab. You can view the payout details again here.

When a commission is paid, it will appear in the Affiliate dashboard as follows:

Export payouts

You can export both Unpaid and Paid payouts as CSV files, making it easy to manage or analyze your payout data outside the app.
