To invite affiliates to join your program, you must first navigate to the BixGrow tab and click the Copy Sign-up page button under the Affiliate portal links section.
Now, share the page link where potential affiliates can find and sign up for your program (e.g., on your storefront, via social media, etc.).
Typically, potential affiliates can find the sign-up page and complete the form to sign up for your program. However, you can add or import affiliates directly if you have a pre-existing list of affiliates.
To manually add affiliates to your program, you must first click the Add affiliate button in the Affiliates tab.
Select the program you want to add the affiliate to
Fill in basic information (name, email)
Fill in a password of your choice, or select the auto-generated password
(Optional) Select Send an invitation email (this is the Added affiliates template that includes the affiliate's log-in link and password and can be edited in Email > Email notifications > Added affiliates > Edit)
Click Save
We highly recommend you check the Send invitation email checkbox, as it will be easier for you to resend in case the email didn't reach its recipient, or if you don't remember the set password.
Now the affiliate has been added to your program.
To reduce manual tasks, you can bulk-import affiliates into your programs.
You can bulk import up to 5000 affiliates (1000 accounts per day max) into your programs. This is extremely useful when you want to import affiliates from other apps.
To do so, you must first contact us to enable this Import button.
Upload your CSV file (first_name, last_name, and email columns are required).
Select the program you want to import affiliates into.
Fill in a default password of your choice (if your CSV file already includes the password, please skip this step).
Choose to send an invitation email including the affiliate's log-in link and password or not.
Click Import affiliate
Q: Why am I unable to invite more affiliates to join my program?
A: The maximum number of affiliates you can have on our Starter (Free) plan is 30. Once you have reached that limit, you will not be able to add any more affiliates.
