Approve/Deny/Delete affiliates

Control affiliate access by reviewing applications, approving or denying affiliates, deleting accounts, and managing approval settings.

Auto-approve affiliates

When Auto-approve is enabled, all new signups are automatically marked as Approved, skipping any manual review. This changes how the Approve/Deny system behaves:

• New affiliates do not appear as Pending.

• The Approve (✔️) and Deny (❌) actions are rarely needed, since affiliates join instantly.

• You still retain full control - you can deny or delete users after they join if needed.

How to enable Auto-approve:

Go to Settings > General > Enable Auto-approve affiliate. All future signups will automatically become Approved.

Manual approve affiliates

If Auto-approve is disabled, affiliates will join with a Pending status. You must manually decide whether to approve or deny each one.

Approve or deny from the affiliate list

In the Affiliates table, Pending affiliates include quick-action icons under Actions:

• ✔️ Approve: Grants access to the program.

• ❌ Deny: Blocks the affiliate from participating.

Approve or deny from inside the affiliate profile

Go to Affiliates tab and click the affiliate’s name to open their profile.

At the Status section, choose Approve or Deny, then click Save to save the change.

This method lets you review additional details before deciding.

Use Auto-approval for simple, open-access programs.

Use Manual approval for programs where partner quality or brand alignment is important.

Delete an Affiliate

You can remove an affiliate by clicking the trash can icon in the affiliate list. This permanently deletes the affiliate from your program and records.

Click Delete to remove the affiliate from your program.

You can approve/deny/delete affiliates in bulk by selecting the affiliates you want to manage, then click Mark as approved, Mark as denied, or Delete to apply the action to all selected affiliates.

You can change an affiliate’s status to approved, denied, or pending at any time; however, deleting an affiliate will permanently remove them along with all associated data, including clicks, conversions, coupons, and more.
