How do affiliate coupons work?

Affiliate Coupons allow store owners to provide affiliates with unique discount codes that their referred customers can use when making purchases. This feature helps incentivize customers while also tracking affiliate performance effectively.

For example, let’s say affiliate James Miller joins your program. He receives a unique coupon code — JAMESMILLER — that gives his followers 10% off their orders. When a customer uses this code at checkout, they get the discount, and James earns a commission for that sale.

How can affiliates share a coupon?

Affiliates can log in to the Affiliate Dashboard to retrieve their coupons. For Dynamic Coupons, affiliates only need to share their affiliate link with customers, and the coupon will be automatically generated when customers click the link.

Affiliates have two options to share coupons:

• Share the affiliate link: The coupon is automatically applied at checkout when customers make a purchase. 👉 With static coupons, you will need to turn on auto-applied coupon at checkout feature?

• Share the coupon code directly: Customers manually enter the coupon at checkout.

When a customer makes a purchase using the coupon, they receive a discount, and the affiliate earns a commission.

For example, the static coupon FLORA27 is automatically applied at checkout when the customer clicks the affiliate link, showing the discount directly in the order summary.

Yes, a single affiliate can be assigned multiple coupon codes. This allows them to use different codes for different campaigns or target audiences.

3. If an affiliate has more than one coupon, which one will be auto-applied when customers purchase via affiliate links?

In this situation, the first assigned coupon will be auto-applied at checkout.

4. Is it possible to allow customers to use many coupons on an order?

By choosing the Combinations while setting up affiliate coupons, customers will be able to use more than one coupon on an order.

5. If a customer applies an affiliate coupon at checkout manually (without accessing via an affiliate link), can the affiliate earn a commission?

Yes, affiliates can earn commissions. It is not compulsory to use affiliate link all the time.
