These are the email notifications that will be sent to advocates: Post-purchase, Welcome, Pending Reward, Reward/Discount, and Ineligible Reward emails.
- The Post-purchase email can be activated/deactivated in the Displays tab
- The Pending Reward email is deactivated if the Reward/Discount email is scheduled to be sent immediately
- The Ineligible Reward email is sent when you deny the order, or if it's refunded on Shopify.
You can freely customize the emails' schedule, appearance, and content. Any changes will be previewed in the right column.
