You can manually pay affiliates using a third-party app such as an i-banking app, Google Pay, Stripe,... etc. This method requires you to initiate the payment outside and then return to BixGrow to mark the commission as paid.
1. The merchant selects manual payment method(s) . All payment methods except PayPal integration and Store Credit are considered manual payment methods and are NOT AUTOMATED.
2. BixGrow provides corresponding information forms (see ) for affiliates to fill in.
3. The merchant generates a payout and uses the given payment information to transfer affiliates their corresponding commission (for example, in a bank app for Bank Transfers).
4. The merchant returns to BixGrow and marks the payout as paid (see below for how).
5. BixGrow sends the affiliate an email notification of the payout including transaction details.
BixGrow only supports collecting required affiliates' information so that you can make payments outside the app. You CAN'T make in-app payments except with PayPal integration and Store Credit.
This is steps 3 and 4 where you can make a manual payment and mark the commission as paid.
You'll see a Mark as paid button here. When you click it, a pop-up will appear with the commission amount and the payment info that the affiliate has given you.
Now using this information, please transfer the commission amount via your third-party payment app.
Once you've made the transaction, return to the payout pop-up, check the I guarantee that this payout has been transferred outside of BixGrow box, and click the Mark as paid button to confirm that the payout has been made.
All paid commissions will be shown in the History tab. You can view the payout details again here.
